SHORTING
SHORTING: - What I found that one can consistently make profit by short selling stocks in Bull and Bear Market, but in practice, short selling is one of the most difficult skills to master.
However if one master’s this fine art of short selling, one can make good money.
HOW TO SHORT? : -
1] Spot a weak stock, check its graph for confirmation.
2] Find out its resistance level & support level.
3] In the beginning just write it down in your diary that I will short stock A at Rs. xxx & will buy back it at Rs. xxx, do this exercise for 15 day’s to find out How many times you proved right and wrong. This exercise will expel your Fear of shorting.
4] DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK CIRCUIT LIMIT.
However if one master’s this fine art of short selling, one can make good money.
